Uchi No Heya! — Sumo Stable Management Game

Uchi No Heya (うちの部屋 — "My Stable") is a free, pixel-art sumo stable management simulation playable in any modern browser. You take the role of an oyakata (stable master) guiding your rikishi through the six annual Grand Tournaments of professional sumo.

Gameplay

Scout new rikishi from high schools, semi-pro leagues, and international sumo circuits. Train them across an 8-week off-season using a two-pool point system. Cook chanko nabe with different recipes to buff your wrestlers before each basho. Compete through 7- or 15-day tournaments depending on division, and climb the banzuke from Jonokuchi all the way to Yokozuna.

Features

  • Authentic Ōzumō rules: hard-cap division sizes (42 Makuuchi, 28 Juryo), real promotion rules including the 33-in-3 Ozeki rule and kadoban probation, kettei-sen tomoe-sen playoffs.
  • Deep personality and mood system — six personalities and seven moods shape how rikishi interact across 200+ random events.
  • Picker events, pair events, and side-picker disputes where you choose which rikishi gets the reward or takes the blame.
  • Kōenkai patron groups (fan clubs, regional, business, veterans, youth) provide persistent per-basho income based on performance.
  • Hidden stat ceilings with scout-estimated potential bands — reading talent matters.
  • Career arcs: rikishi age, retire, and face career-ending injuries. Produce a Yokozuna and achieve a five-star stable legacy.
  • Progressive Web App — install to home screen on mobile or desktop and play offline.
